Cooking Instructions

CPC @ HOME COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

We know you’re hungry, but don’t worry, this won’t take long!

Please note that all our dishes have been freshly prepared and cooked to order.

Simply follow the instructions below to heat and enjoy your food, fresh from the heart of our very own Cheshire Pub Co kitchens.

Main Courses
1) Pre heat oven to 180ºc

2) Keep the contents inside the over ready container, and ensure you place containers on a baking tray

3) For main course dishes, cook for *25 – 35 mins (or until piping hot throughout)

Scotch Egg - 20 mins in oven (or until piping hot throughout)
*Lasagne, 35 – 45 mins (or until piping hot throughout)
**Jambalaya - For best results microwave with lid on for 4 minutes (sirring and rest)

4) Remove hot food carefully after cooking and serve immediately

*Oven temperatures may vary (i.e. fan assisted may cook quicker than gas ovens)

Chilli Banana
Please follow their cooking instructions provided.

Great North Pies
If reheating pies from fridge temperature, place in a preheated oven at 180 for 20 mins.

Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.

Side Dishes

Roast Root Veg
Keep in the container.
Cook in oven for 12 minutes @ 180ºc or until piping hot

Seasonal Veg
Place directly in boiling water for 3 mins

Mash
Microwave for 1 minute or until piping hot

Roast Garlic Potatoes
Keep in the container.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes @ 180ºc or until piping hot

Creamy Spinach
Microwave for 45 seconds or until piping hot

Desserts

Apple Crumble
Keep in the container. Cook for 20 minutes @ 180ºc or until piping hot

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Microwave for 40 seconds
